Art Deco 6.14 Carat Ceylon Purple Cabochon Sapphire Ring, circa 1915
An utterly magical stone. The natural purple cabochon sapphire – certified as natural, unheated and originating from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) – displays a glowing lilac. The stone is secured in a fabulous early Art Deco mount, with twelve platinum claws above a bowl-shaped vented gallery. On a slim platinum shank. Enchanting and unique.
