Art Deco Old Cut Diamond & Baguette Cut Sapphire Bracelet, Boxed, circa 1915

Supremely beautiful. This breathtaking bracelet is formed of five diamond and sapphire set panels, connected by engraved oval links. Each panel is centred by a rubover set old cut diamond – graduating to a 0.91 carat stone in the middle panel – and bordered by rose cut and old cut diamonds. The sixty-six baguette cut sapphires arranged across the bracelet are a royal, glowing blue – providing stunning contrast to the high white diamonds.

Comes with an original antique box (pictured).

Cut – The diamonds are a mixture of old European cuts and rose cuts. The sapphires are rectangular mixed cuts.

Colour – Diamonds are F to I. The sapphires are strong bright blue.

Clarity – The large diamond in the central panel is SI2. The remaining diamonds range from SI1 to I1; all are clean to the naked eye. The sapphires are clean to the naked eye (VS to SI).

Carat – The large diamond in the central panel is approximately 0.91 carat. The total approximate diamond weight is 2.61. Approximately 6.50 carat of sapphires.

Condition – The central diamond on one of the end panels has been replaced with a rose cut diamond.

Circa – 1915.

Measurements – The bracelet is 16.5cm long and 2.7cm at the widest point

Metal – Platinum backed in 18k yellow gold. Tested.
