Art Deco Old Cut Diamond & Sapphire Lattice Barrette, circa 1925
A supremely high quality and high class piece. The lattice barrette features a deep, royal blue sapphire at the centre, with forty-nine high white old cut diamonds of graduating size in the rest of the panel. A further sixteen old cut diamond are set in the cut-away “corners”. This is craftsmanship from the top drawer.

Clarity – The gems range from VS1 to SI1; all are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The sapphire is a known 1.58 carat. The total estimated diamond weight is 3.20 carat.
