Art Deco Opal & Old Cut Diamond Oval Cluster Ring, circa 1920
A beautifully proportion early 20th century opal and diamond cluster ring. The lively opal displays primary flashes of reds and oranges, with secondary flashes of blues and greens. Fourteen high white old cut diamond surround the opal, all of which are set in platinum. The beautifully pierced gallery leads to a fine rose gold band. Delicate and very, very pretty.
Cut – Oval shaped cabochon and old cut diamonds.
Carat – The opal is approximately 2.50 carat. With a total estimated 1.12 carat of diamonds.
Circa – 1920.
Size – P (UK) or 7.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 16.25mm by 12.9mm and sits 6.4mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k rose gold. The gems are in platinum. Tested.
