Art Nouveau 1.76 Carat Old Cut Diamond Ring, circa 1905
This magical Art Nouveau masterpiece features an approximate 0.61 carat diamond in the centre, which “floats” within a flamboyant and ornate surround. Above and below the centre stone are two diamonds each weighing in excess of 0.25 carat, with a further thirty grain-set diamonds in the setting. The striking swirling and scrolling design leads to a slim, grooved gold band.

Cut – Old mine cuts.
Colour – F to I.
Clarity – VS1 to SI1. All the stones are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The central diamond is approximately 0.61 carat in the centre. The combined weight of the two smaller “main” stones is 0.55 carat, with a further approximate 0.60 carat in the surround.
Circa – 1905.
Size – M (UK) or 6 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The ring is 23mm along the finger.
Metal – 18k gold with the diamonds in platinum. Tested.
