Art Nouveau Natural Pearl & Rose Cut Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1900
An extraordinarily beautiful Art Nouveau ring. The wonderfully crafted ring features a small old mine cut diamond in the centre which is flanked at the top and the bottom by button shaped natural saltwater pearls. 30 rose cuts diamonds are set in the delicately vented platinum surround, with a diamond set in each of the fleur de lis shoulders, to a slim, 18k yellow gold shank. Totally and arrestingly stunning.
Cut – The diamond in the middle of the ring is an old mine cut, the remaining 30 diamonds are rose cuts.
Colour – The diamonds are H to I.
Clarity – The diamond are SI1 to SI2.
Carat – The centre diamond is approximately 0.12 carat, with a further approximate 0.30 carat in the surround.
Circa – 1900.
Size – J (UK) or 4 5/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 19.6 x 8.6mm. Sits 6.6mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k yellow gold and platinum. Tested.
