Art Nouveau Plique-à-Jour & Natural Pearl Pendant, French, circa 1910

An immensely beautiful and collectable Edwardian pendant. The gorgeously realised piece, featuring three natural freshwater pearls within an enamelled surround in the plique-à-jour style (where the enamel is unbacked allowing light to pass through). The pendant is linked to the original chain – which features further plique-à-jour detailing – secured by sprung bolt clasp.
