Early Victorian 4.25 Carat Rose Cut Diamond Pendant, circa 1850
Unusual and ornate. Centred by a pear shaped rose cut diamond whose shape is emphasised by a cluster of smaller rose cuts. The middle cluster dangles within a decorative surround which is set with a further twelve closed back rose cut diamonds. An elaborate diamond set hoop balances the piece nicely.
Photographed without a chain, but a rose gold one will be included. Please specify if you would prefer 16″ or 18″.
Cut – Rose cuts.
Colour – I.
Clarity – VS2 to SI2. All the diamonds are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – Each of the larger rose cut is approximately 0.25 carat, with an total estimated carat weight of 4.25
Circa – 1850.
Measurements – Including the top link / hoop, the pendant is 53mm long and 32mm wide.
Metal – 9k rose gold. Tested.
