Early Victorian Natural Pearl, Rose Cut & Old Cut Diamond Bracelet, circa 1850
Aching with character. This charming Victorian bracelet features eleven natural salt water pearls of graduating sizes. Each link holds five diamonds in oxidised silver; a rubover set old cut diamond in the centre with four rose cut diamonds in the surround.
Accompanied by a pearl report from Gemmoligical Certification Services (GCS) stating the pearls shows no indication of treatment, and are saltwater.
Cut – The centre diamond on each panel is an old mine cut. All other diamonds are rose cuts.
Colour – The diamonds range from G to M.
Clarity – The diamonds range from VS2 to I2. All the stones are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The total approximate diamond weight is 1.59 carat
Circa – 1850.
Measurements – The bracelet is 18cm long. The smallest pearl is 5.4 x 4.9 x 4.2mm. The largest pearl is 11.3 x 9.5 x 9.4mm.
Metal – Silver. Tested.
