Edwardian 0.25 Carat Sapphire & Diamond Daisy Cluster Ring, circa 1905
A very pretty sapphire and diamond daisy cluster. The cornflower sapphire is rubover set in platinum, with eight eight-cut diamonds in the surround. The detailed platinum shoulders hold four (two either side) further diamonds leading to a simple yellow gold band.
Cut – Round faceted sapphire and eight-cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are G.
Clarity – All the stones are clean to the naked eye; between VS1 and VS2.
Carat – The sapphire is approximately 0.25 carat, with an estimated total diamond weight of 0.22 carat.
Circa – 1905.
Size – O (UK) or 7 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 8.5mm by 8.6mm and sits 3.6mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k gold and platinum. Stamped.
