Edwardian 0.67 Carat Old European Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1910

Carat – The main diamond is 0.67 carat, with an additional estimated 0.40 carat in the gallery and shoulders.

Measurements – The top of the ring is 7.5mm by 7.5mm and sits 8mm from the finger.
