Edwardian 1.05 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1910

An incredible stone with bundles of sparkle and vibrancy in an exceptionally stylish mount. The cushion shaped old cut diamond is secured in an eight claw platinum collet with an open gallery and buttercup setting. The beautifully detailed platinum shoulders feature six (three each side) eight-cut diamonds, leading to a yellow gold band. An absolute delight.

Cut – Cushion shaped old mine cut in the centre, with eight-cut diamonds in the shoulders.

Clarity – SI1. The diamonds is clean to the naked eye.

Carat – 1.05 carat in the centre, with an additional estimated 0.05 carat in the shoulders.

Circa – 1910.

Size – Q 1/2 (UK) or 8.25 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.

Measurements – The central diamond is approximately 6.1mm by 5.4mm and sits 7.6mm from the finger.

Metal – Stamped 18 PLAT – 18k yellow gold and platinum – and tests as such.
