A fine, striped back five stone old cut diamond ring. The high white diamonds are claw set in elegantly simple open “U” collets, leading to a graduating D-shaped shank. Although there are some mark in the outer diamonds, this ring is undeniably bright, elegant – and beautiful.
Cut – Old mine / miner cut.
Colour – G.
Clarity – The middle diamond is VS2. The next to diamonds are I1. The outer two diamonds are SI1.
Carat – Approximately 0.40 in the centre with a total estimated weight of 1.20
Circa – 1905.
Size – N (UK) or 6.5 (US). Complementary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – From the edge of one outer most diamond to the the other is 17.6mm. The ring is 5.2mm at the widest point and sits 4.1mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k gold. Stamped.
