Edwardian 1.20 Carat Old Mine Cut Diamond Ring, circa 1905
A real statement piece. This Edwardian diamond ring features a bright, internally clean and lively cushion shaped old mine cut diamond in the centre, secured in a eight-claw ‘cup’ collet and is framed, at the top and bottom, by a pair if trefoil diamond clusters. Six (three each side) old cut diamonds are set in the shoulders, leading to a slim knife-edge yellow gold shank.

Cut – Old mine cuts
Colour – The centre diamond is J. The smaller diamonds are H to J.
Clarity – VS1 in the centre. The smaller diamonds range from SI1 to I2.
Carat – The centre diamond approximately 1.20 carat, with a further approximate 0.90 carat.
Circa – 1905.
Condition – The small diamond at the top (as pictured) that has gone black can be replaced if you prefer.
Measurements – From top to bottom, the ring is 22.65mm. Sits 4.75mm from the finger.
Size – N (UK) or 6.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Metal – 18k gold. Stamped 750.
