Edwardian 2.00 Carat Purple Sapphire & Old Cut Diamond Pendant, circa 1910

Extremely pretty. The literally glowing natural purple sapphire is milgrain and rubover set in yellow gold, and encircled by 20 high white old mine cut diamonds, set in platinum. A fine piece that can easily be dressed up or down.

Comes with 16 inch 18k yellow gold chain (not original to the piece).

Cut – Oval mixed cut sapphire and old mine / miner cut diamonds.

Colour – The diamonds are H.

Clarity – The sapphire is SI1. The diamonds are VS1 to VS2.

Carat – The sapphire is approximately 2.00 carat, with a total estimated diamond weight of 0.40 carat.

Circa – 1910.

Measurements – The pendant is 14mm by 11.2mm (not including the hoop).

Metal – 18k yellow gold. The diamonds are set in platinum.
