Edwardian Cabochon Sapphire & Eight-Cut Diamond Ring, circa 1905
Super sweet. The natural sea-blue cabochon sapphire is rubover set in a shaped, square silver mount, with an eight-cut diamond in each corner. The neatly pierced gallery leads to a slim rose gold shank. Very, very pretty.
Cut – Cabochon sapphire and eight-cut diamonds.
Colour – Diamonds are G.
Clarity – The are visible inclusions in the sapphire. The diamonds are VS1.
Carat – The sapphire is approximately 3.50 carat. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.08 carat
Circa – 1905.
Condition – The tarnishing to the metal can be polished away if you prefer.
Size – L 1/2 (UK) or 5 7/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 13.4 x 11.3mm. Sits 5.8mm from the finger.
