Edwardian Rose Cut Diamond & Step Cut Ruby Cluster Ring, circa 1910
Breathlessly pretty. The central diamond is fine, glassy rose cut which is rubover and milgrain set within a surround of nineteen calibre cut rubies. This central cluster “floats” within an outer surround of twelve smaller rose cut diamonds and four square step-cut rubies. A further two rose cuts are set in the shoulders band, leading to a slim D-shaped shank. A beautiful and intricately crafted design.
