Edwardian Sapphire & Rose Cut Diamond Five Stone Ring, dated 1907
A lovely sapphire and diamond five stone ring which, stylistically, bridges the gap between the Victorian and Art Deco periods. The swirling etches in the shoulders is pure Victoriana, which contrasts with the more straight grooves in the gallery and the exaggerated setting of the stones. Very elegant and uniquely of its time.
