Late 20th Century Emerald Cut Sapphire & Old Cut Diamond Trilogy Ring, dated 1970

A beautifully balanced trilogy centred by a natural and unheated blue sapphire. The rich, deep coloured emerald cut centre stone is flanked by a pair of high white old cut diamonds illusion set in white gold. We love the contrast between the the sharp uniformity of the sapphire against the soft, more idiosyncratic shape of the diamonds.

Cut – Emerald cut sapphire and old mine / miner cut diamonds.

Clarity – The sapphire is eye clean. The diamonds are SI1; also eye clean.

Carat – The sapphire is approximately 1.00 carat. The diamonds are approximately 0.40 carat each.
