Mid Century 0.15 Carat Sapphire & Diamond Trilogy Ring, circa 1960
A super pretty vintage sapphire ring. The cushion cut sapphire in the centre is a rich, deep, royal blue – the colour of which is emphasised by the two high white eight-cut diamonds set either side. All three stones are set in white gold coronet collets and lead to a slim and tapering 18k yellow gold shank.
Cut – Cushion cut sapphire and eight-cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are G.
Clarity – The diamonds are SI1
Carat – The sapphire is approximately 0.15 carat, with a total approximate diamonds weight of 0.03 carat.
Circa – 1960.
Size – K 1/2 (UK) or 5 3/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – From the edge of one outer diamond to the other is 8.85mm. The ring is 4mm at the widest point and sits 4.5mm from the finger.
Metal – Stamped 18CT, indicating 18k white and yellow gold, and tests as such.
