Mid Century 0.30 Carat Old Cut Diamond & Emerald Target Cluster Ring, circa 1950
Exceptionally pretty. The centre stone – an old cut diamond of approximately 0.30 carat – is very white, very bright and not lacking in fire and sparkle. Eight round emeralds of a deep grassy green surround the centre diamond. The high shoulders are accented with a pair of eight-cut diamonds, leading to a slightly knife-edge shank.
Cut – Old mine / miner cut diamond in the centre and eight-cut diamonds in the shoulders with round faceted emeralds.
Colour – The diamonds are G.
Clarity – The diamonds are VS2. The emeralds are SI1 to SI2.
Carat – The centre diamond is approximately 0.30 carat, with a further 0.03 carat of diamonds in the shoulders. The total approximate weight is 0.56 carat
Circa – 1950.
Size – M 1/2 (UK) or 6.25 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 10.6mm by 10.2mm and its 5.7mm from the finger.
