Mid Century 0.45 Carat Sapphire & 0.30 Carat Diamond Target Cluster Ring, circa 1950
A very lovely vintage sapphire and diamond cluster ring. The rubover set sapphire in the centre is a rich, bright blue, and is surrounded by twelve eight cut diamonds also in platinum rubover settings. The gems sit atop an unusual scalloped gallery, leading to a D-shaped platinum shank.

Cut – Round cut sapphire and eight-cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are F to G.
Clarity – The diamonds are VS1 to VS2.
Carat – The sapphire is approximately 0.45 carat, with a total approximate diamond weight of 0.30 carat.
Circa – 1950.
Size – K 1/2 (UK) or 5 3/8 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 11 x 10.75mm and sits 6.8mm from the finger.
Metal – Platinum. French hallmarks.
