Mid Century 0.48 Carat Brilliant Cut Diamond “Starburst” Ring, circa 1965

Such a lovely piece. The centre diamond – a high white brilliant cut diamond of approximately 0.20 carat – has sixteen smaller brilliant cut diamond bursting from it in a beautifully crafted white gold design. A simple spray gallery leads to a slim and tapering yellow gold shank.

Cut – Round brilliant cuts.

Colour – G.

Clarity – The centre stone is SI1 (but clean to the naked eye). The surrounding stones are VS1 to VS2.

Carat – The centre is approximately 0.20 carat with a total approximate weight of 0.48 carat.

Circa – 1965.

Measurements – The head of the ring 14.2 x 13mm. Sits 7.3mm from the finger.

Size – N (UK) or 6.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.

Metal – 18k white and yellow gold. Tested.
