Mid Century 0.79 Carat Rose Cut Diamond & Sapphire Ring, circa 1965
A cracking rose cut diamond and sapphire ring. The impressive, high domed rose cut features twenty-four facets, creating a soft and diffused sparkle. The centre stone is rubover set and surrounded by a border of vibrantly blue step-cut sapphires, with further sapphires pointing down the shoulders of the ring, around which are fifty-two pavé set eight cut diamonds. Detailed and dazzling.

Cut – Rose cut diamond in the centre, with eight-cut diamonds and square step cut diamonds in the surround.
Colour – The rose cut is I, with G to H diamonds in the surround.
Clarity – The rose cut diamond is VS1. The smaller diamonds are SI1 to I1; all are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The rose cut diamond is a known 0.79 carat, with a further approximate 0.68 carat of diamonds in the surround. With approximately 0.54 carat of sapphires.
Circa – 1965.
Size – P 1/2 (UK) or 7.75 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down. There is some limit to how much this can be altered, so please contact us first if you would require the ring to be sized.
Measurements – The ring is 12.9mm at the widest point. Sits 5.8mm from the finger.
Metal – 14k white gold. Tested.
