Mid Century 1.04 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1950
A gloriously bright and lively cushion shaped old cut diamond which is set laterally in a four claw collet. The fine, handmade split shoulder platinum mount is set with eighteen eight-cut diamonds running halfway down the shank. A satisfyingly hefty ring which remains delicate and strikingly feminine.
Cut – Cushion shaped old mine / miner cut in the centre and eight-cut diamonds in the shoulders.

Carat – 1.04 carat in the centre, with an additional estimated 0.52 carat in the shoulders.
