Mid Century 1.24 Carat Old Oval Cut Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1950
An utterly supreme diamond cluster ring. The oval shaped old cut diamond in the centre – spreading much larger than its 0.94 carat – is glowingly white. The centre stone is rubover set in 18k rose rose gold and is surrounded by fifteen bright rose cut diamond in a coronet cluster setting. The D-shaped yellow gold shank features distinctive twist detailing in the shoulders – a final detail on this most fabulous of rings.
