Mid Century 1.80 Carat Natural Pink Sapphire & Diamond Ring, circa 1950

A super pretty natural pink sapphire ring. The centre stone – certified as natural and having had no heat or colour treatment – is a striking, soft, feminine pink. The stone is set within a surround of sixteen eight-cut diamonds above a fine, pieced platinum gallery which leads to a slim and tapering shank.

Accompanied by a sapphire report from Gemmological Certification Services (GCS) stating the sapphire shows no indication of heating, and originates from Madagascar.

Cut – Cushion cut sapphire and eight-cut diamonds.

Colour – The diamonds are F to G.

Clarity – The sapphire is eye clean. The diamonds are VS1 to VS2.

Carat – The sapphire is approximately 1.80 carat. The total approximate diamond weight is 0.32 carat

Circa – 1950.

Size – L (UK) or 5.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.

Measurements – The sapphire is approximately 9.1 x 7.6mm. The head of the ring is approximately 12.4 x 14.4mm. Sits 6.4mm from the finger.
