Mid Century 1.53 Carat Old Cut Diamond Earrings, circa 1950
A seriously gorgeous pair of old cut diamond earrings. The two bright and white main stones – each gauged at around 0.75 carat – are secured in seven claw rose gold coronet settings, with stunning – but subtle – detailing on the each claw. A small, equally white round brilliant cut diamond set above. Secured with lever backs.

Cut – The two main diamonds are old European cuts. The smaller diamonds are round brilliant cuts
Colour – The large diamonds are F to G. The small diamonds are E to F.
Clarity – SI1 to SI2.
Carat – The total weight of the large diamonds is approximately 1.48 carat, with a total overall approximate weight of 1.53 carat.
Circa – 1950.
Measurements – From the top of the top diamond to the bottom of the earrings is 9mm.
Metal – 18k rose gold.
