Mid Century 2.02 Carat Sapphire & 0.63 Carat Diamond Ring, circa 1965
A flamboyantly beautiful sapphire dress ring. The cushion cut sapphire in the centre, secured by four double claws, displays the ideal colour for a sapphire; a deep, strong and bright electric blue. Twenty two transitional and eight-cut diamonds are set within the wonderfully extravagant asymmetrical surround with sweeping wire-work detailing, leading to a triple wired platinum shank.
