Mid Century 2.25 Carat Sapphire & Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1950

Marvellous. The cushion cut sapphire is a rich, regal blue with subtle secondary flashes of green. The central stone is rubover set, and surrounded by twelve top quality round brilliant cut diamonds. A simple split gallery leads to a flat graduating band. Pure class.

Cut – Cushion shaped sapphire and round brilliant diamonds.

Colour – Diamonds are G.

Clarity – Diamonds are VS2. The sapphire is clean to the naked eye.

Carat – The sapphire is approximately 2.25 carat, with a total estimated diamond weight of 1.20 carat

Circa – 1950.

Condition – There is a very small chip to the edge of the sapphire. This can be seen in the second photo, but does not notice to the naked eye.

Size – M 1/2 (UK) or 6.25 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.

Measurements – The head of the ring is 14.4mm by 12.9mm and sits 4.6mm from the finger.

Metal – 18k white gold. Tested.
