Mid Century 2.33 Carat Sapphire & 3.70 Carat Pear Cut Cluster Ring, circa 1960
This sapphire and diamond cluster is the most wonderfully bold and extraordinarily beautiful of rings. The round sapphire at the centre is a glowing, bright cobalt blue. Two rows of pear cut diamonds skirt the centre stone; each of the twenty-four pear brilliants is high white, internally clean and absolutely bursting with internal fire. On a wired gallery leading to a substantial white gold shank.
