Mid Century 2.87 Carat Ruby & Rose Cut Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1950
The most lovely vintage ruby and diamond cluster ring. The ruby in the centre displays a bright and strong traffic light red, and is rubover set in milgrained yellow gold. The stone ‘floats’ within a halo of twenty-four rose cut diamonds set in platinum with fancy embellishments at the shoulders. Beautifully scrolling detail in the gallery leads to a slim 18k yellow gold shank.
