Mid Century 2.20 Carat Cabochon Sapphire & Old Cut Diamond Ring, circa 1965
A gloriously unique sapphire and diamond ring. The long, oval shaped cabochon sapphire displays a glowing rich and bright blue. The floats within a surround twelve old mine cut diamonds, each set in separate wired collets. The white gold head of the ring conforms to white gold shoulders to a slim, D-shaped 18k yellow gold shank.

Cut – Oval sapphire cabochon sapphire and old mine cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are F to H.
Clarity – The sapphire is VVS. The diamonds are VS2 to SI2; all are clean to the naked eye.
Carat – The sapphire is approximately 2.20 carat, with a total approximate diamond weight of 0.62 carat.
Circa – 1965.
Size – L (UK) or 5.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can be sized up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 20 x 14.3 and sits 6.9mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k yellow and white gold. Tested.
