Mid Century 3.85 Carat Greenish Blue Sapphire Solitaire Ring, circa 1955

A fantastic and unique sapphire solitaire ring. The emerald cut sapphire in the centre is a strikingly unusual greenish blue, and is set laterally on the finger in gorgeously crafted white gold ring. Neat swirling detailing in the gallery leads to chunky split shank which opens at the shoulders.
