Mid Century 4.17 Carat Colombian Emerald & Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1965
A Colombian emerald ring of rare quality. The oval cut centre stone is a bright, electric green that glows as if it was lit from within, and is secured in a yellow gold rubover setting. Eighteen high white and bright round brilliant cut diamonds which are rubover set in white gold are set around the centre stone, leading to an impressively precise hand-carved under-gallery to a slim, 18k yellow gold shank.
