Mid Century 4.29 Carat Natural Fancy Dark Brown Diamond Ring, circa 1965
A diamond like almost no other. This quite arresting stone is a deep, dramatic fancy dark brown which, in certain light, displays distinct flashes of orange. The stone is secured in an eight-claw wire collet which sits proudly off the finger. Four (two each side) pure white baguette cut diamonds are rubover set in a “T” formation in the shoulders, emphasising the depth of colour in the centre stone. Wonderfully unique.
Accompanied by a colored diamond report from IGI (#F6B58377).
