Mid Century 8.74 Carat Minor Oil Emerald Ring, circa 1960
An absolutely electric emerald takes centre stage in this impressive statement ring. The centre stone – certified as having only received minor oil clarity enhancement – is rubover set in yellow gold and displays an awesomely vibrant and bright parakeet green. Eight (four each side) rose cut diamonds are set in the white gold shoulders, leading to a wide and flat 18k yellow gold shank.
Accompanied by an emerald report from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory stating the emerald has undergone only minor clarity enhancement.
Cut – Cushion cut emerald and rose cut diamonds.
Colour – The diamonds are H to I.
Clarity – The diamonds are VS2 to SI2.
Carat – The emerald is 8.74 carat with a total approximate diamond weight of 0.08 carat
Circa – 1960.

Measurements – The emerald is approximately 12.2 x 10.5mm and sits 9mm from the finger.
