Mid Century Diamond & Sapphire Cluster Ring, on 14k Superfit Shank
A very pretty diamond and sapphire cluster ring from the 1970s. Set with seven bright and white eight cut diamonds and six baguette cut sapphires in a hexagonal shaped cluster. The vintage head of the ring sits on a rather splendid piece of modern ring technology. Superfit (or CLIQ, as the company is now known) is a hinged mechanism which allows the shank to go over a swollen or damaged knuckle. It’s fully secure and closes with an auditable and satisfying click.
