Modernist Malachite Dress Ring, circa 1960

A wonderfully daring ring from the middle part of last century. The large, unbroken bar of beautifully pattered malachite is a rich and verdant green. The stone is wrapped in 18k yellow gold, with double rope detail leading to a simple split shank. The perfect statement ring.
