Retro 0.65 Carat Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1945
A stunning, bold, and strongly geometric Retro diamond ring. The impressively white old European cut diamond in the centre is rubover and milgrain set in platinum and “floats” with in a platinum square set with twenty-four eight cut diamonds. The “U” shaped detailing in the gallery, leads to a yellow gold split shank adorned with a marquise shaped leaf at the shoulders.

Cut – Old European cut in the centre with eight cuts in the border.
Colour – F in the centre. F to G in the surround.
Clarity –SI2 in the centre and SI1 in the surround.
Carat – Approximately 0.53 carat in the centre with a total approximate diamond weight of 0.65 carat.
Circa – 1945.
Size – N (UK) or 6.5 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
Measurements – The head of the ring is 14.15mm along the finger and 14.25 across. Sits 7.1mm from the finger.
Metal – 18k gold and platinum. Tested.
