Retro 0.99 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1950
A wonderful and unique diamond ring. The old European cut in the centre is secured in an exquisitely funky white gold setting, with six claws above an exaggerated scalloped back-plate resembling flower petal. A small eight-cut diamond nestles in each shoulders, leading to a slim, 18k rose gold D-shaped shank.

Colour – The centre is I (with H to I in the shoulders).
Clarity – The centres stone is SI2 (with VS1 to VS2 in the shoulders).
Carat – The centre stone is 0.99 carat with a further approximate 0.03 carat in the shoulders).
Circa – 1950.
Measurements – The diamond is approximately 6.4mm in diameter and sits 6.8mm from the finger. The head of the ring is 11.1 x 12.1mm.
Size – N 1/2 (UK) or 6.75 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
