Retro 1.06 Carat Old Cushion Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1925
A solitaire diamond ring that packs a serious punch. The cushion shaped old cut diamond in the centre impresses on every level; stunningly proportioned, internally clean and almost blindingly white. The stone is secured in an eight-claw collet above a scalloped plate which rests in an open-backed cup. Six round old cut diamonds (three each side) are set in the shoulders, leading to a slim platinum shank.
