Retro 1.36 Carat Old Cut Diamond Cluster Ring, circa 1950
A sublime vintage diamond dress ring. The old European cut diamond in the centre is flanked by twenty-two (eleven each side) eight-cut and old cut diamonds in a pierced platinum target setting. The wide, bombé shaped design features flat detailing at the edges which, at the top, sweeps up to interrupt the outer outer halo of diamonds. A sleek French mid-century marvel.
