Retro 15.02 Carat Natural Ceylon Sapphire Ring, circa 1950
Big, bold, and beautiful. The glowing azure blue sapphire – certified as natural, unheated, and originating from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) – is showcased in the most impressive of settings. The stone is rubover set in white gold, and encircled by 30 white single cut diamonds with fluted detailing along the closed, cup gallery. Each of the large, trefoil shoulders holds a further 10 diamonds, leading to a slim D-shaped shank. Fabulously, thoroughly unique.
