Retro 2.43 Carat Old European Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1950
Utterly, utterly immense. The central old European cut diamond is secured in an eight-claw collet with an open gallery, allowing maximum light to shine through the stone. The curving and undulating shank holds thirty baguette cut and tapered baguette cut diamonds set with quite breathtaking precision so that there virtually no gaps between any of the diamonds. The is a ring of supreme quality and undeniable beauty.
