Retro 2.83 Carat Old Cushion Cut Diamond Solitaire Ring, circa 1950
A wonderfully bold ring featuring an impressive old cushion cut diamond in the centre. The large middle stone, coming in at a known 2.83 carat, displays a distinct light yellow with plenty of life and fire. The highly detailed surround holds eighteen eight-cut diamonds within a finely milgrained and pierced gallery, with high hooped shoulders.

Cut – Cushion shaped old cut diamond in the centre, with eight-cuts in the surround.
Colour – Light yellow (O) in the centre. The diamonds in the surround is G to I.
Clarity – SI2 in centre. The diamonds in the surround are VS2 to SI2.
Carat – A known 2.83 carat in the centre, with a further approximate 0.27 carat.
Circa – 1950.
Measurements – The diamond is approximately 10 x 9.2mm. The ring sits 5.8mm from the finger.
Size – O (UK) or 7 (US). Complimentary sizing is available, can go up or down.
