Retro 3.00 Carat Old Cut & Baguette Cut Diamond Drop Earrings, circa 1950
Stunningly realised diamond drop earrings. The asymmetrical top part of the earrings is set with a sweeping line of eight baguette cut diamonds set within a “V” of nine eight-cut diamonds and a further two baguettes cuts – all set in an ultra fine wired gallery. The dangling drop holds a bright larger old European cut diamond within a shaped cluster of baguette cut and eight-cut stones. Gloriously beautiful and well made.
