Retro 3.00 Carat Sky Blue Sapphire & Diamond Ring, circa 1940

A glowing sky-blue sapphire, that looks almost electric on the finger. Beautifully set with fourteen claws and fourteen eight cut diamonds in a pierced white gold gallery, leading to a slightly tapering D-shaped shank. This natural and unheated stone is perfectly showcased; enchanting and very, very eye-catching.

Cut – Oval shaped mixed cut sapphire and eight cut diamonds.

Colour – Diamonds are G.

Clarity – The diamonds are VS; the sapphire is eye-clean.

Carat – The sapphire is approximately 3.00 carat, with an estimated 0.28 carat of diamonds.

Circa – 1940.

Measurements – The cluster is 13.7mm by 11.9mm and sits 6.3mm from the finger
