Victorian 0.50 Carat Rose Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1900
What a first appears a classic solitaire ring, gradually reveals itself as something rather different and special. The rose cut diamond displays a very slight pinkish hue, and is rubover and milgrain set in silver in a closed backed setting. The simply gallery leads to a tapering 18k yellow gold band. We love it!
