Victorian 0.50 Carat Sapphire & 0.42 Carat Old Cut Diamond Ring, circa 1890
A fantastic Victorian sapphire and old cut diamond cluster ring. This lovely piece manages to be both modest and opulent at the same time. A deep blue rubover set sapphire is surrounded by twelve bright white old cut stones, with a further four (two either side) diamonds running down the shoulders. Set upon a neatly graduating band. Very, very pretty.
